Petroleum Products

LPG, Gasoline, Naphta

Our extensive gasoline sourcing from CIS countries and the EMEA region gives us the advantage to cover up market shortages across the world. In addition to supplying fully compliant gasoline, we are also active in the gasoline blending market by offering a big range of gasoline and gasoline blending components varying by quality parameters such as octane, sulfur content, vapor pressure, aromatics content. Our realization coverage in gasoline products spans over the ARA region, WAF countries, Baltic States, the Black Sea, and the Mediterranean Sea and arbitrage opportunities into the USA. Trustful relationship with counterparties, expertise in logistics, and strong experience in the paper market props up expansion momentum for Alkagesta in the Gasoline market.
We cover naphtha deliveries into the gasoline blending pool and petrochemical plants. Our paper trading angle in light ends allows us to utilize opportunities arising from Naphtha, Gasoline, and Propane paper diffs and capture arbitrages to the Far East.
Alkagesta is expanding its horizon of LPG trading with its entry capabilities in Ukraine and Turkey. We prioritize the convenience of our counterparties by offering flexible price quotations and pricing mechanisms in LPG.
Jet/Kerosene, Marine Gasoil, Diesel
ALKAGESTA LTD’s middle distillates desk is active in the trading of the full range of distillates, from Jet fuel and high Sulphur Gasoil to ULSD. We source middle distillates from Caspian Basin, Far and the Middle East, Mediterranean region and supply to the Black and Mediterranean Sea and ARA region. As a leading supplier of Marine Gasoil in the Black Sea, we fully cover the demand of most bunkering companies.
In order to accommodate the needs of the customers, we offer the delivery of products in a wide range of tonnages, not only by vessels, from handy-size to AFRAMAX but also the delivery of small tonnages by trucks. We lease storage globally, blend products to the local specifications of each region, time-charter different size vessels, and plan the optimal railway routes to achieve cost competitiveness and on-time delivery.
Fuel Oil, VGO, Bitumen
We deliver a wide specter of Fuel, VGO and Bitumen grades varying in quality specifications. Focused on sourcing capabilities from EMEA region and by implementing efficient logistical solutions we deliver products to Med and ARA regions and cover transcontinental flows.
We are the biggest exporter of VLSFO and LSFO components from the Black Sea region. Our storage capacities for dark products exceeding 250,000 cubic meters in the region help us cover demand in the Black and Mediterranean seas and seize arbitrage opportunities to the East of Suez.
In addition to the VLSFO business, our desk is expanding into the HS bunkering fuel business, 1% fuel deliveries for power plants and smelters, VGO for fuel oil blending, and supply to refineries as feedstocks.
Bitumen is a growing commodity in Alkagesta's portfolio. Our sourcing capabilities from the Black Sea region allow us to cover shortages in MENA and Europe.
Crude, Fuel Oil Feedstocks
We source fuel oil feedstocks from Central Asian countries, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan, and supply it to refineries in Black Sea and Mediterranean Sea, ARA and USGC.
Our blending infrastructure and expertise allow us to provide different grades of fuel oil feedstocks controlling for Sulphur content, calorific value, ash content, water content and other specifications to meet different refinery requirements.
Other than Straight Run Fuel oil and VGO trading, we deliver High Sulphur Gasoil to refineries for ULSD production along with Naphtha and LPG to Petrochemical Plants.
Petrochemicals
The key to our success in supplying petrochemical products is our team’s deep knowledge of petrochemical commodities. We are exporting petrochemicals from regions with complex transportation requirements and have been appreciated being the reliable partner of refineries with a discipline in loadings.
Benzene, Toluene, Xylenes
We are experienced in sourcing aromatics from FSU region. The products are delivered to our customers in ARA market and Mediterranean region through marine terminals in Baltics region and Black Sea basin, respectively. We utilize our storage capacities and transportation agreements to provide the required tonnages at loading and discharge ports according to our clients’ needs.
Styrene
We are in a position to supply Styrene through the Baltics and Black Sea ports to our customers in Turkey and ARA region. We deliver custom-sized parcels from 20 MT in iso tanks to 2,000 MT vessel shipments to the client’s requested port destinations.
Polypropylene
We trade various types of polypropylenes from CIS and Middle East countries and deliver them to the markets of Ukraine, Turkey, Eastern, and Western Europe. We trade the following grades of PP such as Films, Injection, Blow, and Raffia/Fibers.
Polyethylene
We also source an extensive range of grades of high- and low-density polyethylene from CIS Region and North Africa, and deliver them to the CIS region and Mediterranean Sea basin.
Polyvinyl Chloride
Our firm assists our clients by providing access to several grades of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sourced from Ukraine & Middle East and delivered locally in the market of Ukraine as well as conducting wholesale trade in the regions of Eastern Europe and South Asia.
Fertilizers
We are the biggest exporter of granular urea from the Black Sea region and have a strong relationship with plants in Central Asia, North Africa and Middle East. We operate cotton warehouses in the regions which assures efficient and timely supply to our customers.
Urea
We trade Urea, also known as carbamide - which is the highest nitrogen (46 %) content fertilizer that makes it one of the most vital fertilizers for crops in agriculture. Our supply of Urea from CIS countries and the MENA region reaches the shores of North America, LATAM countries, and Europe.
We handle complex logistics and storage facilities to sustain constant supply for our customers in Romania, Bulgaria, Moldova, Turkey, France, Italy, Spain, Albania in Europe, and Brazil, Argentine, Canada, Mexico in the Americas.
Our fertilizer desk is continuously seizing arbitrage opportunities between the regions in physical and paper markets.
Sulfur
Our trade of sulfur includes lump and granulated forms of the product originating from Eastern Europe, and Turkmenistan packaged in big bags as well as in bulk. We offer the product to our business partners in the US, Turkey, Eastern Europe, and South Asia through the dry & bulk terminals on the coast of the Black Sea.
Agricultural Products
Cotton
We source cotton directly from plants in Central Asia, Greece, and Latin America. Our team is experienced in handling complex logistics, price risk volatility, and product quality.
We have established the local distribution business of cotton in Turkey, with our representative in Malatya.
