Malta, 1 September 2026.

Alkagesta has been featured in Times of Malta, Business Now, Biofuels International, and Emerging Europe following the publication of the company’s first-half 2026 results, with all three publications reporting on record revenue of $3.5 billion and a 53% year-over-year increase in trading volumes to 4.9 million metric tonnes.

The coverage across all three outlets highlights key commercial developments during the period, including Alkagesta’s entry into the aviation fuel market through the NATO Central Europe Pipeline System, the completion of the company’s first crude oil transactions — including end-to-end delivery of approximately 1.07 million barrels to the Far East — and the continued scaling of the Singapore hub to approximately 250,000 metric tonnes per month.

The publications also reference the company’s expectation that full-year 2026 trading volumes will exceed 10 million metric tonnes, the management team’s 35% equity stake and expressed intention to increase this further, and the multi-year biofuel storage agreement at Pantank in Antwerp which brought total storage capacity across Europe and Asia to 700,000 m³.
