Alkagesta operates a fully integrated trading model that connects global supply with end-market demand.

Alkagesta recorded a 19% increase in trading volumes in 2025, reflecting continued growth across key commodities.

Our strength lies in managing the entire value chain: sourcing and storage, logistics and delivery, financing, and risk management.

Commodities are sourced from a diversified base across Europe, Central Asia, North Africa, the Arabian Gulf, APAC, West Africa and Latin America, and trading activities are conducted across 48 countries ensuring security of supply and flexibility for our counterparties.

Alkagesta holds more than 700,000 cubic meters of storage capacity across terminals in Malta, Türkiye, Singapore, Romania and the Central Asian corridor, which allows us to balance market flows, support our customers, and capture opportunities across regions. This integrated approach reflects Alkagesta’s commitment to ethical, lawful, and transparent trading practices across its global operations

Petroleum Products

Alkagesta has long-standing expertise in trading and distributing petroleum products and feedstocks across global markets. Our diversified sourcing platform across Europe, Central Asia, North and West Africa, the Arabian Gulf and APAC enables us to supply tailored grades to end-user markets, refiners, industrial consumers, and marine customers.

Aviation fuel supply through the Central Europe Pipeline System

Alkagesta supplies jet fuel to European hubs including Brussels and Frankfurt through the NATO-operated Central Europe Pipeline System, a 5,000-kilometer network linking airfields,
refineries, depots and ports. The fuel blend consists primarily of conventional jet fuel alongside a sustainable aviation fuel component. The agreement was reported by
Bloomberg in February 2026.

Fertilizers

Alkagesta sources fertilizers from Central Asia, North Africa, and the Middle East, supplying agricultural and industrial markets across Eastern and Southern Europe, Türkiye, the United Kingdom, India, Brazil, and North America through established commercial relationships and integrated logistics capabilities.

Biofuels

Our asset-backed and opportunity-driven biofuels platform supports lower-carbon fuel solutions through certified and responsibly sourced products. Alkagesta operates across the European biofuels value chain, from early-stage feedstock collectors to end users of refined bioproducts, supplying biodiesel refiners, HVO and SAF producers, and blenders.

Alkagesta holds ISCC EU certification (EU-ISCC-Cert-PL214-21328285, valid to 2 January 2027) and ISCC CORSIA certification (ISCC-CORSIA-Cert-PL214-38108225, valid to 29 December 2026). Both are verifiable in the ISCC certificate database. Additional Nabisy, DDC, and INS certifications are held across various entities within the Group.

As one of Europe’s largest non-refinery traders, Alkagesta continues to anticipate market challenges, resolve issues proactively and support the development of a transparent, compliant and resilient European biofuels market.

Steel

Steel are a natural extension of Alkagesta’s activities as global markets support industrialisation, electrification, and large-scale infrastructure development.

Alkagesta has established Alkavex, a Malta-based joint venture with Navex SAS, a well-established French steel trading company, in which Alkagesta holds a majority stake.

With an initial focus on steel, a core material for construction and manufacturing, Alkavex sources primarily from China and serves customers across West and East Africa. The partnership combines market expertise, logistics capabilities, and trade finance solutions to support growing regional demand.

Store

Alkagesta holds more than 700,000 cubic meters of storage capacity across terminals in Malta, Türkiye, Singapore, Romania and the Central Asian corridor.
Every terminal operates under different local conditions: port draft, jetty capacity, tank configuration, and regulatory frameworks. Our operations teams coordinate across all
of them.
Continuous quantity and quality control at each terminal, with independent inspection
at load and discharge.

Deliver

Logistics is at the core of our trading operations.

Presence of strong chartering and operations team for voyage chartering of vessels, coupled with a fleet of time-chartered vessels, provides flexibility in meeting customer demands.
