Alkagesta participated in the Angola Oil & Gas Conference & Exhibition 2026, held in Luanda — Angola’s premier oil and gas investment platform, bringing together government leaders, investors, and industry stakeholders for high-level discussions, dealmaking, and strategic networking.
The event was organised by Energy Capital & Power (ECP), an Africa-focused global investment platform for the energy sector dedicated to uniting the full energy value chain — from oil and gas exploration to renewable power — and facilitating investment and collaboration across African and international energy markets.
Alkagesta was represented by Rustam Mirzoev from the Business Development Function, who engaged with government representatives, investors, and industry participants across the two-day programme.
The conference provided a platform for dialogue on Angola’s oil and gas industry across a broad range of topics, including upstream developments and investment opportunities, local content, gas-to-power, technology, and the country’s evolving energy landscape as it strengthens its position as a leading African energy hub.
