Alkagesta welcomed Malta’s U16 Women’s National Basketball Team to its Malta office following the team’s historic victory at the FIBA U16 Women’s EuroBasket 2026 Division C — the team’s first-ever title, secured with a perfect run through the tournament culminating in a 76-51 victory in the final.
Alkagesta has been a sponsor of Malta’s U16 Women’s National Basketball Team as part of its broader ESG commitments, supporting youth development, equal opportunities, and community-focused initiatives across Malta and its regions of operation. The sponsorship was supported by Alkagesta’s ESG Committee and HR & Administration Function.
