Warsaw, Poland, 2 June 2026.
Alkagesta participated in Petroleum Ukraine. Warsaw ’26, organised by Consulting Group A-95 — an annual conference that brings together major Ukrainian companies alongside traders from Poland, Germany, Romania, Lithuania, Latvia, Slovakia, Turkey, and other countries connected to Ukraine’s energy sector.
The company was represented by Elchin Aliyev, Regional Ukraine Trader, and Orkhan Abdullayev, Romania Regional Trader, who held bilateral meetings with key partners, market participants, and potential counterparties across the event.
The conference agenda covered topics directly relevant to Alkagesta’s trading activity, including the impact of the Hormuz crisis on the European diesel market, spring turbulence in LPG, record fuel prices and demand effects, the role of Europe’s oil reserves, and implications for the pace of the energy transition. Further sessions addressed transport infrastructure challenges and trends shaping the Ukrainian fuel market.
For Alkagesta, the conference provided a platform to exchange market insights, strengthen relationships with existing partners, and explore commercial opportunities across petroleum products trading, logistics, and cross-border supply in Ukraine, Romania, Poland, and the wider regional market.
