Biofuels International Magazine has published an article covering the promotion of Anthony Guida to Biofuels Trading Desk Lead at Alkagesta, highlighting the company’s continued expansion across biofuels and sustainable fuels markets.

The article outlines Guida’s decade of experience across energy and commodity markets, including previous roles at S&P Global Platts, Phillips 66, and PETRONAS, as well as his contribution to the development of Alkagesta’s biofuels trading activities since joining the company in January 2025.

Among the milestones highlighted are the establishment of Alkagesta’s biofuels trading platform, securing a multi-year storage agreement at Pantank Antwerp, and leading the process that resulted in Alkagesta obtaining ISCC CORSIA certification in January 2026, enabling the company to trade and supply CORSIA-eligible sustainable aviation fuel (SAF).
