In Operations, our responsibility is to ensure that each operational procedure including logistics, cargo movement, quantity and quality control are executed with accuracy, safety, and full compliance.

We work closely with our commodity traders, terminals, surveyors, and logistics partners to maintain seamless end-to-end coordination across every region where we operate.
Our priority is clear: deliver the right product, in the required quality, at the agreed time — consistently, without deviation. To achieve this, we focus on disciplined process execution, proactive communication, and continuous monitoring of every shipment. This minimizes delays, reduces risk, and ensures our customers receive the reliability they expect from Alkagesta.

Across our global supply network, our teams support a wide range of petroleum products — from marine fuels and transport grades to utility products. Whether deliveries are structured DAP, CIF, or FOB, we align our operations with customer requirements and the technical parameters of each terminal.

What defines our function is a practical, solution-driven mindset. Every day, we manage complexity: coordinating vessels, planning storage movements, ensuring documentation accuracy, and resolving challenges in real time.
